Cancellation
Write to hello@gleamlab.store before the warehouse marks the order as dispatched. After a tracking number exists we cannot pull the parcel back; you may refuse delivery or use the return path below.
Unopened returns
You may return an unopened, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the goods (not outbound postage) to the original tender, once we inspect it. Ask us first — we will send the return address when a street address is on file. Do not post to China without written instruction.
Hygiene and electricals
Opened personal-care tools, IPL gadgets, LED masks, and brushes cannot be resold. They are not returnable unless they arrive faulty, not as described, or not as ordered. That is a hygiene rule, not a waiver of statutory rights for defects.
Faulty or not as described
UAE consumer rights for defective or misdescribed goods are not waived. Tell us within a reasonable time, with photographs. We will refund or replace.
Refund timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after we accept the claim. There is no store credit scheme and no free-trial, negative-option, or continuity billing.
